Crystallization of raw honey is a natural phenomenon. Place the crystallized honey in a bowl of warm water to reuse. 
Natural honey is highly hygroscopic in nature, readily absorbing moisture in the air and ferments. Hence, please use clean and dry utensils for dipping into honey.
